i have a question..is kodumpuli used in the recipe is same as kocum?can we use kocum if we don't have kodumpuli?will the recipe tastes same after using kocum....?does kodumpuli gives some different taste?
for traditional Kerala fish curry, you need to add coriander powder also and you need to add the chili paste in oil before adding fish and stir it until oil oozes out and then add fish and cook........ nd of course you can cook in nonstick cookware also...... and i think he hasnt added green chillies, add that also...... then it will be awesome........
