for salto you press space twice while going forward. for the swan dive you press space and F at the same time while going forward

First you have to move the broken section of one of the tombs towards the pillar. Then go to center of the room, use the grapple start the chandelier swinging towards the bell. Quickly climb the pillar, then grab the rope with the counter weight to raise the bell. When the bell rings the door will open.
