last time I looked, Ben Cardin was still a co-sponsor of PIPA. He now claims he's doing it so he can "influence" the shape of the final legislation. I sent him an email telling him they don't need to improve it. They need to tear it up into little pieces and burn it.

Besides if you understand the Net you will know if SOPA is passed, this alone will spark a massive growth spike in innovation.
