They were definitely just trying to please the crowd and have a good time themselves...dont think its staged. but defo a crowd please performance...how is that not having sportsmanship tho? theyre just having some fun. clearly both of them were enjoying it

Why the fuck does the guy in blue hit the ball directly back to the guy in red? If he hit it straight or to the right or anywhere besides left, the guy in red would have absolutely no fucking chance. I really want some professional table tennis (ping pong) player to explain that to me some day. For all of you who say this wasn't a serious match, watch table tennis more often, it seriously happens all the time. I just want to know why. It must have to do with spin or something.

I know this is 2 months late but seeing as alot of people seem to hate your comment or something I dunno but to answer your question or questions.

Yes it does happen and it's not mainly about for the crowd. It's true it has something to do with the spin and how much balance you put in it. Also they are honorable or play fair in these games so they may consider it cheating or disrespectful if you pull a guy far away and then spike the ball for an easy win or so. hope that helps
