  • Also, does it matter if there is a print on the purse? I don't think it will show, but just wondering. :)

  • @marki0129

The pattern doesn't matter, but if it bothers you then you can lightly paint it a solid color.

  • Can you use a purse made of other materials like leather, faux leather, faux suede or cloth? I'm really anxious to do this project and I found a couple of clutch wallets on Ebay. Just want to get the right one. Thanks for sharing this video!

  • @marki0129

suede and cloth might not work so well. leather, faux, and plastic are usually the best to work with. you can also rough up the surface a little with sand paper to make the glue stick better.

  • luv it!! music was very relaxing

  • @klegacy1000

I know! sometimes I listen to music like this when i am making these

  • I found these at pier 1. I think that now may be the season to find these there. Or you can just use an aluminum wallet.

  • @luckyduckie05 In my research I heard of a special glue used to glue swarovski and many other things such as pearls, mirrors... It's supposed to be very strong, and it's used to cristallize cellphones. Its name is gem-tac, I think if you're starting a business you should get that glue... I'm planning on starting my own business too specially with shoes... They look stunning!! But don't worry, I'm from mexico hahaha!!

  • I can't find no small 5x3 clutch!!!!!! Help me please! Thank you

  • @bubbleseast

I'll admit, they are pretty hard to find. Try pier 1 imports. That is where I got mine. If it is not in season, try ebay, or amazon.

  • @blair7276 Thank you for the info. The smaller the better.

  • What size crystals did you use? Thank you

  • @bubbleseast

I used mainly 16ss and 5ss. You can use any size, but I always use between 16ss and 5ss

  • You are so nice for sharing all the instructions and the website to get the materials. I'm seriously thinking of starting to "blinging" some of my purses. Thank you for the inspiration!

  • Sometimes hotfix won't stay on the type of material that the purse is made of, and they cost more than normal swarovskis. I have done drop tests, and they stay on just fine. Thanks for the suggestion though. All are welcome!

  • get hot fix swarovski kit.. they are stronger and the purse will last you forever

  • Nice tutorial. Thanks for posting this.

  • It's Freezing cold here in Michigan, so I'm going shopping and tonight I'll be doing one of your creations. Thanks for the inspiration.

  • Here is the easiest way to get the syringes:

    Go to Amazon.com

type in "luer lock syringes" and "syringe tips and needles" Make sure that it is colored. I usually go for the pink ones! sometime you will find kits. I put the monogram on by drawing it on first, then use the same methods shown in this video to cover it with swarovskis.

  • This is totally cool. I noticed you have your monogram on it. How did you do that? Also where do you get the syringes?
