This is really interesting because it shows just how complex EDs really are. It's amazing how we can convince ourselves that our ED works for us and that we will struggle to live without it. I find the hardest thing about recovery is feeling more (emotion and memories). I'm so glad that you chose recovery!

as I wrote, I don't believe those things 'it's all I am' etc anymore, but in very bad and dark moments....
I'm so glad that it gives you something, that's why I made this :) just write such a list for yourself!
