  • Gosh, I bet u this guy feels like an idiot...

I just solved it.. eazy.. like.. My god.... I don't I don't see what he is talking about

  • @Balfourism hope ur joking... if you solved it ou cheated or were to dumb to understand the rules.

  • ever tried splitting the line?

  • The solution is that ther is no solution lol

  • Chuck Norris did this with no problem...

  • iam not wearing any pants right now

  • you geniuses are wrong!, it is possible... hint: start at the bottom middle box

  • @hehehe525 I would love to see your solution. I highly doubt it's possible

  • very good!

  • This is a graph theory problem, and I'm persuaded by his logical proof. However, just to be sure, I made a program to exhaustively search through all of the possible ways to do this puzzle (~40 million, if we relax the restrictions and allow the path to self-intersect), and as predicted, it was unable to find any solutions.

  • i think he has actually found a soloutiion to this puzzle, nowhere in the ruls does it state that the boxes cant be split up like has them at .57seconds meaning you wouldnt be crossing the same line twice??

  • "Let's call them box A,B,C, and D...and E" ha ha made me laugh.

  • @2:48 there is a funny face.

  • I DID IT!!!! HAHAHHAHA

  • just ask to Chuck norris!!!!!

  • Thumbs up for the smiling guy with his tongue out

  • god damn you retard how you rerember the fist dumb shits

  • @ podolot90 I also finished the puzzle, but then I got out a marker and wrote down the "solution" and THEN took a fist to the face(my own) because I realized something lololol

Yeah I think it really is impossible.

  • I finished this puzzle, then i took a fist in the face. Now i forgot.

  • Well in theory the quiz is meant to be impossible, therefor you cannot solve it. The problem was not solved. The problem is a sucess regardless of what happens because you are still doing as it is intended to do for its initial problem.

  • I sloved this puzzle before...did my sister ripped up the paper before i could publish it on youtube then i forgot the solution

  • @crris14 what a funny story Mark

  • @crris14 im sorry Mark? *sigh* i figured it out and now after an year later im still trying to remember

  • @crris14 cool story bro.

  • a ,b ,c ,d .... (shit i cant count) ..e ..

  • @TomCulp that isn't counting?

  • i solved this puzzle.. :)

  • lmfao i hope u know that u cant cut through an intersection or a corner. U have to cross each line segments but not at its vertex or end point. Obviously if you were able to do that it is easy as fck. but yuo dumassses who think your so smart "omg ur so stupid i finish this in my first try,"

"This is so easy i didnt it 20 seconds" stop trollin noob make a video of your own and show it, if not stfu

  • i finished this puzzle in 20 seconds retard

  • I did this puzzle ;)...

  • It is. Just fold the puzzle :D

  • Wait at first I thought it was possible if you 'follow' a line, but then that means you intersect it more than once (infinitely many times), so it is impossible.

  • As a kid, my dad told me about this puzzle. He said he found it in a "Ripley's Believe it or Not" magazine or book when he was a kid himself (1950's). He claimed there was indeed a solution to this in the book, but unfortunately, he could not remember what it was. I tried it for years before I conceded that there was, in fact, no solution possible without breaking a rule or two. Interesting though. :)

  • Yeah whoever tells you it's possible and you go and keep trying, i'm sure they are laughing so hard at you.

  • i solved i ITS NOT IMPOSSIBLE STUPID PPL ITS EASY I GOT IT ON ONLY MY 2ND TRY

  • good good

  • I solved it. Not impossible. People just dumb.

  • hello you acctually solved it

  • The puzzle is possible, it's just not possible.

  • i get it now! :o thank you ^_^

  • no solution mean no puzzle

just stupid cow call this is a puzzle

    but ty man ur awsome

  • This puzzle IS possible..

  • You actually crossed several lines twice or three times!!

It says you have to go through each line ones not through every line of every square once!

For example the bottom line of c, d and e is only one line not 3 lines!!

Hope all yall understand it now :)

  • @EverythingIAdore No... Every line segment. Each line segment represents a wall, and there is 1 door on every wall. You need to go through each door once. Not over every line once. Hope yall understand it now :|

  • Wow You actually almost had it XD

  • I SEARCHED A LOT AND I FINALLY FOUND THE sOLUTION!!!ONLY CHUCK NORRIS CAN SOLVE IT!!!!

  • well i did it soo

  • @infintitygamer Well, if you paid attention in class you would find out that with the regular rules it is impossible.

  • finally someone being honest and proving its impossible rather than trying to give a fake solution thats clearly wrong

  • NERD!

  • you can solve it by going through the corners. Which is crossing two lines at once

  • @popsclub That is against the rules of the puzzle retard.

  • @AlquimistEd Oh really There is nothing in the rules stating you can't and if there is Prove it

  • @popsclub Because the original puzzle is with bridges this is just a simplified version, this isn't some puzzle some stupid kid came up with, it is a really old and well known puzzle, and if you didn't knew that you are just stupid. Now if you can come up with a logical way that you can cross 2 bridges at the same time, only then I'll take back what I said.

  • @AlquimistEd well then I didn't know about the bridges I just learned about this thing about 4 weeks ago and the person who showed me said nothing of bridges. So I am not Stupid I was badly inform. let me ask you This would you say that crossing the corners is crosses both lines at once or would you not count it. I want you opinion you don't have to be rude.

  • I SOLVE IT.

  • what if we add another dimension?

  • A tunnel effect through the walls could be helpful

  • Comment removed

  • 4 people are unhappy there is no solution

  • well there is a way to solve it, its just not possible in plain sight...

think outside the box... dont think too literal...

if you use paper, you can always puncture the paper and use the other side. you did not break any rules, since the back side is one whole shape, with no line segments. theoretically the solution can be done like that.

  • i got 50 euros at school for the solution i just yelled that there wasnt any solution, Teacher was smiling when he gave me the 50 euros :) good times first class of high school

  • @deathnote287 ur teachers a retard

  • @ChuckNorrisIsGay1337 and you are justin bieber fag

  • why are you ta lki ng like these?

  • This is copletely possible because there's only 8 lines . Just because there's a perpindicular line to it , doesn't make it 2 seperate lines . so you only have to go thru the outside lines 1 x each , not twice . and the same 4 tha middle . which means its possible . just a thouht tho.

  • Hi, This puzzle is not impossible to solve it took me about 21 years to work out and you are going about it all wrong. I have had best part of the Royal Navy doing it for years, and have seen all the answers, what you should do is sit and listen to what you say and not what you do, and you will very soon come up with the answer. And by the way, you finish on the top row middle piece, I have, just shown my wife and she laughed at how easy it. Keep trying,

  • @MrBucktus You are completely right. It also took me about 10 years to solve. I am not going to give the answer away that easily. Here is a clue. 1# Read the Rules of the game again. 2#Think Inside the Box, not Outside. 3# The answer lies within the Puzzel...I have been facinated by puzzels since childhood, and have solved every puzzel presented to me, from all Rubiks Cubes Shapes to everything else in between. This one has been by far and away the hardest puzzel I have ever done.

  • wacth here my video where I SOLVED it ... that was so freaking hard...I /watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ !!!!! CHECK THIS OUT

  • its not impossible

  • AAAAAHHHHH....

    No more math after school!!!

  • here is a soulution scribble through the whole thing there is ur soltion peoplez

  • HEY I HAVE THE SOLUTION if you intersect the corner of these lines. (if you intersect a corner you will intersect the two line from which this corner is created)Two lines meet at the corner point of the figure.IT Is not impossible

  • All the geeks who doesn't get it right must of course say its impossible... Took me

    5 minutes

with no cheating or rule changing

  • i solved it first try

  • Its possible! Use the golden ratio rule

  • you can cross through the same segment twice..... never said you couldnt

    easy shit

  • didn't he just fucking solve it?

  • Dude, It's not impossible. I did it in like 2 minutes

  • @GuyCrazyyBiatchh could u make a video of it

  • Piss easy! Did it!!!

  • This puzzle IS possible. Why do you all think that lines should be very small? Just draw a super thick line over that puzzle and it's solves.

  • @RUL1S88 You can't go through walls

  • @RUL1S88 because lines don't have a thickness at all, if they did they would be a rectangle or a 2d free form object instead

  • @HapplyFace

If lines wouldn't have any thickness at all it would be impossible to spot a line with our eyes.

  • @RUL1S88 they don't have a thickness at all in mathematics, but we must give them a thickness on paper so we can observe them, although their real thickness is still 0

  • @HapplyFace

    kk, you can gtfo now.

  • @RUL1S88 Why? He's correct.

  • @iAstro129

thanks for the compliment, just ignore that fag.

  • @RUL1S88 looks like somebody can't take being incorrect...

  • @HapplyFace

You don't worth my time, lots of people liked my comment so it makes my opinion a fact automatically.

  • @RUL1S88

    you're wrong again.

you're not worth his time, because he is right .

now STFU and go do yur math homework

  • @NXmasterz

    NO U

  • @RUL1S88

looks like somebody can't handle being wrong

  • @NXmasterz

k then explain me how did my comment got so many thumb ups?

  • @RUL1S88

because 80% of the world population is too stupid to understand that thick lines don't excist in math

  • @NXmasterz

80% of peoples' opinion vs 20% of peoples' opinion. Higher percentage is always right so I'll stick with them.

  • @RUL1S88

why more than 80% of all the people don't show up in history books? because they didnt told us logical things such as math. you: when an opinion has more than 50% of the votes, that opinion is the truth. your theory won't be in the history books because: it's an opinion you're talking about. that lines are only in 1D so they don't have a thickness. this is a fact proven by one of the 20% intellegent people. the 80% like yourself should stop talking crap and leave the thinking to the 20%

  • @NXmasterz

Of course 1D lines have no thickness, but in our universe such lines doesn't even exist. Author of this video haven't said that you can only use mathematical 1D lines for this puzzle.

  • @RUL1S88

that's because the author of this video didn't make the puzzle

what yur doing is making another puzzle, not solving this one

  • @NXmasterz

I'm not making another puzzle, I'm trying to solve it by the rules that was not mentioned.

  • @RUL1S88

    now that's true

    the rest? not

  • @NXmasterz

Nothing is true, everything is permitted.

  • @RUL1S88

    ok......

  • @NXmasterz

Seems you haven't played Assassin's Creed lol.

  • lay the pen down on the paper and without lifting the pen roll it across the boxes. One line crosses all areas once. simple as that. Unless u get someone to start changing the rules of the game. This was my answer after staring at the puzzle for like 2 minutes.

  • -.-' curse your logic

  • Ever play war games?

    The game. You lost it.

  • you just start inside(gigity) and end outside you noobs.......

  • impossible

  • I have the solution

     omg!!!!!!

  • if theres no solution, its not a puzzle

  • wait wait nvm O_O

  • Comment removed

  • puzzles are made, and always tested. if there is NO solution, it's not a puzzle.

  • when i started to do thisi thought ah fuck it what what will this prove

  • i did it too

  • Comment removed

  • @NightzMyJob Then make a video about it. This is impossible to solve, literally. Make a video about it if you think you did it.

  • Ive done it

  • there are 3 solutions.

    Trash can.

    Paper Shredder.

    Fire.

    [Solution 3 is the funnest]

  • it is possible,i made it,took kind 5 min,it is simple

  • Sry,this is acctually possible, took me kinda like half an hour to think about it but its relatively simple

  • @999nicenice are you gonna back that up, or just expect everyone to believe it without a thread of proof?

  • @999nicenice then your stupid

  • @999nicenice its impossible make a proof then

  • @999nicenice lols nice flame... half an hour to think about something is not relatively simple :D

  • @999nicenice no it's not due to euler's formula

  • @999nicenice

But.. it's not. Show a video or a solution. Don't you think if it was possible, someone in the world would have solved it? Math geniuses have tried to solve this with no luck. It is impossible.

  • @999nicenice show me

  • sure! ha ha ha ha ;D

  • Actually this puzzle has solution. Nothing is restraining you from going through a corner. And since the corner is a point that belongs to a segment while simoultaneously being part of another segment, you cross two lines in one shot. Try going through corners and you will solve this unsovable puzzle.

  • thanks! that was a clear and logical explanation, good job

  • it is solvable! watch?v=Dh5HR8knUgA

  • @grandtheftauto5588 you missed a line -_-

  • 1 person cant understand it

  • Chuck Norris will draw the boxes/puzzle, and then he'll stare at it until it solves itself :P

  • Thumbs up if Nobody said anything about using 2 pens.

  • 2:40 Smiley!

  • its also impossible to do with crossing your own line

  • er what bout 2 lines 1 coming off another is there any rule for tht

  • Go through a corner, that's 2 edges simultaneously.

  • This is why w have portal guns!

  • @cheatmasterbw Yeah, Portal

  • ups sorry my bad,hehehe

    start from A right

    sorry for that^_^

  • how to solved it?

    start from A left,go to B down-right,then to E left, to D up left(don't hit the first line you draw) then to A up,to B up, to B right,to E right, to E down,to D down to C right, to C down, to C left, to C up,and the final to A left.

congratulation you just solved it ^_^

  • here i explain it,according to the box he draw there are:

    1.A to E box

    2.A box have;up,left,right,down-left,down-right side

    3.B box have;up, left,right,down-left,down-right side

    4.C box have;up,left,right,down side

    5.D box have;up-left,up-right,left,right,down side

    6.E box have;up, left,right,down side

  • if you start from the inside, it is solved

  • "we have 5 boxes,

    a, b, c, d. ... ...and e too

  • there is only one way to win...use an Action Replay for DS, or a GameShark... FUCK HOUDINI'S LAST TRICK! I GOTS UNLIMITED MONEY!

  • Technically, its possible using circles and tangents, but I doubt anyone will accept that.

  • tl;dr

  • owwww my brain hurts

  • I just solved this.

  • Maybe Chuck Norris can solve it

  • i solved it was the answer 51?

  • i just solved it HAHA!!!

  • i solved it

  • its so easy to solve think logic

rules don't croos 1 segment 2 times and you can't croos your own lines you draw

but no one said you can't draw ON the lines

but of course only that doesn't help

there are some solutions on the internet but i sloved this in less then a minute my friend showed it to me and he was like: You can't sloved that

    and later he was: O: O: O: O:

  • Clear, right to the point, good quality - Great video. :)

  • get a life!

  • go back to preschool

  • BULLSHIT!!

  • Theres anotjer video tht shows how to solve it

  • only chuck norris can solve this

  • "In box b- 5 segments- *you keep rambling" *I fall asleep*

  • Near could solve it!!

  • @MailKeehl14 I prefer L but that's just me

  • @Luan431 I like L better, but Near is smarter.

  • @MailKeehl14 In a way
