If I was a deity, and I decided to make a good and a bad afterlife. (Something I would not decide to do at all if I was a deity, but let's go with the hypothesis here.)
I think believing in my existence would be a completely and utterly irrelevant thing to me. Nor would I require worship.
Instead I'd measure this hypothetical 'virtue' as doing good by another. And this hypothetical 'sin' as doing bad by another. And I wouldn't be to harsh about judging the latter. Humans are only humans.

The same way, as if I had children, they'd be free to make their own choices as adults. Or even if I build a sentient machine it'd be free to make it's own choices. Because that ought to come with the whole package.

In fact as a deity why would I want to make an afterlife anyway? From that perspective time would be a little less simple then the linear progression humans experience within the very limited perception they have of the cosmos.
From a deific point of view being there in time for any creature means they are always there, I could see them at any point in time. And in addition they'd always exist in the omnipresent mind I'd have as a deity. Therefor giving them another eternal existence.

There's documentation in census's from those time periods that have no biblical correlation, and that prove that a man by the name of Jesus Christ was born. If you are going to deny he ever you existed you might as well claim that Ben Franklin or Hitler didn't exist. However the point that I was making is that there are historical records (at least 39 sources outside the bible)that attest to Jesus's (the one born to mary and Joseph)birth, life, and crucifiction. These philosophers were all born decades after Jesus was crucified but you can not dispute that they mentioned him directly as an individual in their works (I have some direct quotes if you doubt me on this). If he was a fictional character why would people still talk about him so many years down the line? Um I am Christian, and I believe in Jesus. I believe that those who believe in Christ go to heaven; "Dalmer" being one of them. If Anne Frank and Ghandi did not accept Christ as their personal savior, they are simply not in heaven. We are all sinners, and therefore we are all deserving of hell. Only through Jesus can we be saved. Thus, "Dalmer" accepted Christ and is rejoicing with our Savior. Humans are not to judge; only God is to judge.

I've been asked before to show physical evidence, but Christianity purely boils down to faith. It is a faith in God above and His Son JC. We have to judge right from wrong to have a little stability here on earth. It does say that you yourself can know. So as a person you can know about your own salvation and God can know. I find it especially interesting that an atheist can preach Christianity as well as a Christian can. It just demonstrates that he has, in fact, heard it all.
Oh, and the idea of an afterlife is not found in Judaism. It is an aspect of Christianity usurped from Paganism.

Christianity is so big, powerful and profitable they they will never be stopped by something so simple as evidence, reality or truth. Billions of dollars a year say Jesus existed, and that settles it.

I'm not going to agrue with you that there are a lot of phony Christians in the world in our society and churches because there are. I'm commenting on your argument when you say that the reason Christians like myself go to church is because i'm afraid of hell. I already know that i deserve hell b/c I'm a sinful man. Just like a good judge should punish a criminal God should punish me. Christ died for my soul and thats enough for me to give my life to honor His name. That's why i go to church.

God created Man, and man created religion. Man has direct connection with God through His expression. By rising above body consciousness -with the instructions given by a living Master, one is able to communicate directly with God. It is based on the light and sound principles as mentioned in all scriptures -the repetition of charged words and focus at the eye center (third eye). Love and devotion are key. God resides in every heart.

Hell should not be used difinitively to cause fear, that is sinful. Sin, as used in the New Testament, originates from the word hamartia -an archery term which means "to miss the mark". To cause separation is sinful, because all is one. We are all drops of the great ocean of consciousness.

(I'M MUSLIM )SO it needs only to believe just in Jesus as a scapegoat for u then go spoil on earth as much as u desire and u will go to heaven any way .
But to be a muslim , do as much good as u can and still beseech ur God almighty to forgive u so as to live in a constant state of being watched by God.... also it's more convincing to believe that the creator of this universe is only one GOD neither having sons nor wives...
