Oh hey! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cooworker lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
its actually good to eat 4 times a day but always small portions, and healthy choices and every 3-4 hours, so youll feel full and you wont gain wait. breakfast then a snack like yogurt, lunch, then a small snack like... nuts or fruits or fresh veggies then a healthy dinner.
howcast has tons of videos with misleading names that make the impression that the video you are about to watch is going to give you tips on how to diet SUCCESSFULY... but all they really do is point out how to diet. we KNOW that we shouldn't eat snacks and eat fruits as an alternative, but how the hell can be "make the switch" after YEARS of eating junkfood??
@PikkolaSophie96 you'll be fine eating peanut butter. Eat organic peanut butter on wholemeal toast. A 109 year old man has this as his breakfast every morning.
Whether you are skinny or not, you should always follow a healthy diet. Just because you are skinny does not mean you are healthy. With a healthy diet, you cut costs of healthcare by improving your immunities, feeling well rested (with 8 hours of sleep as well), and keeping your heart healthy with a cardio regimen.
