I did not name call, but used a little comedic license to point out that the man is morbidly obese and more so subject to major health issues including the morbid part. Reagan ended the Cold War. Remember "Mr Gorbechov tear down that wall!"? Reagan used economic skill in spending (Reaganomics) that brought the Soviets to their knees. He got the USA to win the arms and space race, the Soviets couldn't keep up because communism is against wage increases.
Reagan was not alone in ending the Cold War, but his policies and his determination to fight communism played a huge role in causing the Soviet Union to fall.
