  • very cool man, helped me a lot!

  • I made copies of the original, edited them to the expressions I wanted, created the morph modifier on the original, clicked select from scene, but I cannot click on any of my expressions. When I do, nothing happens

  • I have a question.. When you have the morph for like few faces, and than you move some other part than those edited in each expression, for example I will have my character sitting instead of standing... when I will now begin changing the expression will he start standing again? Or is he gonna have the same pose, just the face will change? I hope you understand what I mean.. my english sucks

  • the only problem i get is with backfacing issues... but your tutorial is pretty good and remember kiddys vertice count has to be the same so if it isnt adding.. make sure you show the vertice count on selection in your viewport properties.

  • @mapperSplat you can solve that problem by checking the ignore backfacing

  • Thank you very much for this. This has helped me a lot, so realy thank you.

  • I am having trouble with the morpher modifier!

After selecting Pick Object from Scene I cant click on any other object.

My character head contains multiple objects and I have copied all object every single time when I made morph targets. How can I solve this?

  • nvm

  • Anybody here having problems with picking objects from scene when morphing? Is it me or is 2010 different on that

  • @Remgorze i've got the same problem on picking objects for targets in 2010 aswell, how did you fix that? can you help me out on that please?

  • @PhaNtoMaGGoT I'm not sure what's causing that to happen, but I think it is the eyes of the character being rezised to fit the Morph Targets, or it may be missclicks that I usually do when attempting to work.

What I did to fix that problem was delete the broken morph targets and start all over again. (It didnt really take that much time)

  • will this morph stuff also work with animations like arms and legs? if you create one object with an arm in the air?

lik he lifts it slowly or fast in the air?

  • @eikira it should

  • Can you add the physique modifier after morph? I don't want to have to re-rig my character.

  • God everytime I apply the morph-modifier the mesh gets messed up and I don't know shit on how to fix this.

  • You're awesome and so helpful. Thanks

  • Nice tut.

    I've got one question...

Does it matter if you use morph before or after rigging by biped?

  • Yes, it matters. It's best to have all your morph targets in place *before* rigging. It was mentioned in Part 01 for this video.

  • Thanks!
