Afro American gospel music is wonderful as it is full of energy and life. The Hammond organ and Leslie speaker is still the most popular musical instrument in Afro American gospel music. I used to attend an all back catholic church in Houston, St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. I enjoyed their music as I was maybe about one of the 3 white members of that church. Wonderful church as I miss them so much!
