Beck was sarcastically referring to actively going out and destroying the establishments of those you don't agree with as long as you don't hurt the people themselves. O'Reilly was talking about not offering protection to those who say they don't need it (he was talking about letting terrorists blow them up).

Sigh ... let me start by saying: I hate both parties equally. While I might not agree with everything O'Reilly and Beck say the one thing I have to admire about them is that they will voice their opinions logically and with a certain air of sarcasm that makes them fun to listen to.

If you had "half a brain" maybe you'd spell "terrorist", "oath", and "Constitution" correctly, in addition to not making all those grammar errors you just did ("a oth" should be, "an oath", and "he knows more then you" should be, "he knows more than you").
