I do believe she's done some baking with her mother, but that's not a bad idea, particularly because it would mean I'd learn how to make something... edible, that is!

You're funny! I have a great recipe for Sloppy Jofu that's real good - but soybeans (as in Tofu) are pretty bad for ya. If you know a place to get Tempeh it'd prob make a fine replacement. 1 small onion, 1 small green pepper, chopped fine and browned in skillet. add i brick tofu, pre-drained and crumbled, add 2 small cans tomato sauce (I use 1/2 organic ketchup, 1/2 BBQ sauce) - keep cooking til it gets dry enough to put onto buns (toasted). Add slice of cheese if u want. GREAT STUFF!
