For those of you who are asking, this was done with a hack. This looks like the Ps2 version, so I am not sure about what exactly was used to hack, but for the Wii version you use Homebrew Channel.

@SharonLibby Hacking channel for the Wii. I installed it with something called Bannerbomb, several months ago, but I heard updating to 4.2 deletes it or something. I lost the SD card I used to install it, so I never really figured out how to get the hacks to work.

I have action replay max and I can't do this! (and yes I have all the latest codes from their site)

Although there is a cheat called 'moonjump' that I can't get to work, maybe it's that. If so then there are LOADS of games where you can do this. I'll check sometime later today and report back.

It's a disc you put in, and it loads up a bunch of game cracks AKA cheats that change the coding in the game, and after you pick which codes you want you insert the game and the game's coding is changed to do whatever "cheat" you put in.
