it looks like he's using midi cables to connect to his computer and controlling Reason with the keyboard. You know some software has configurations for certain keyboards and the Triton Extreme might be one, that way you can use the knobs and sliders to also control the program.

I have this set up myself.

Well I'm sure theres a way to do live vocoding but I just havn't figured it out yet. I just recorded the vocal samples and then processed them with Reason using the keyboard.
