@dakotafanning1106011 Seems you're new at this, so here's my advice: get FL Studio, Kontakt 5, and a few sample libraries to throw into it. If you can't afford those things, torrent them, then buy them if you like what you get.
@MrLucifer92 It's not really a "losing team". FL Studio is great for beginners, and the only difference between it and other DAWs is the stock sounds. Every DAW does the exact same thing, they're just laid out differently. When you listen to someone's beat, do you know which DAW they made it with? Probably not.

beside why choose a tool that you need to change in a few years they are already talking about removing the pattern blocks(they have removed it in fl 10 although you can add it back in using the options) and how i understand it thats what make it so easy for the beginners

It's worth it if you think about it, because if you wanted a legit drum set, that alone would cost at least 600 bucks. not to mention you would need the right mics to record those drums, which would cost another 200 or so... So really, I'd say Komplete is a cheap alternative for some who wants to record professionally.

OK, let's get something straight: this is not 27 products. First of all, Retro Machines, one of these "products" isn't actually included. Second, the four pianos used to be one product called "Akkoustik Pianos". Third, the e-pianos are so plain and boring, they they shouldn't be a product at all - just filler in a sample library. Rammfire is just a single Guitar rig amp. Transient master is just a single effect that is already found in most DAWs. Very, very sad.

@JAFOJAXFL34 You're joking right. 16GB ram will walk it cause it's written for 64 bit and it's a really good synth for inspiration and creativity. Spectrasonics are good to their customers as well.
Looking forward to Kontakt 5 and the new stretching algorithm. I can't say I'm too excited about the rest, as a current owner of Komplete 7 but the price is a deal if factored against buying separate items. So, I'll probably upgrade.
@Chillexxa NI products work on both Windows and Mac OSX.
@JAFOJAXFL34 Omnisphere is sick.. if your looking for one amazing synth then thats where to go. To be honest having so many tools is kind of a pain in the ass. I have Komplete and Omnisphere.. and as far as good sounding synth tones Omnishphere is better. You dont need a million synth plug ins. Learn how to use one or 2 plug ins instead of using presets, thats how you become good at producing. More experienced people use less tools.
@brutalandy these are just sound generators. you're going to need a program with a step sequencer, piano roll and all that stuff if you're going to use them to make music. fl studio is a program that will do that.
With all due respect (honestly) I think this is majorly underwhelming. Is this still about Komplete or has this now turned into a ruse to persuade us into getting the "Ultimate Komplete" ? Which btw is shipped with its own external harddrive but not to help you reduce diskspace; only dvd swapping. Small example; why hasn't The Mouth become part of Komplete 8 given how The Finger has become a bit dated? Why only 1 Abbey road drumkit ? Quality is good; but now a little more quantity please!

@JAFOJAXFL34 You're joking right. 16GB ram will walk it cause it's written for 64 bit and it's a really good synth for inspiration and creativity. Spectrasonics are good to their customers as well.

Looking forward to Kontakt 5 and the new stretching algorithm. I can't say I'm too excited about the rest, as a current owner of Komplete 7 but the price is a deal if factored against buying separate items. So, I'll probably upgrade.
@Chillexxa NI products work on both Windows and Mac OSX.

@JAFOJAXFL34 Omnisphere is sick.. if your looking for one amazing synth then thats where to go. To be honest having so many tools is kind of a pain in the ass. I have Komplete and Omnisphere.. and as far as good sounding synth tones Omnishphere is better. You dont need a million synth plug ins. Learn how to use one or 2 plug ins instead of using presets, thats how you become good at producing. More experienced people use less tools.

This is not a Sequencer
You can't record or mix audio with this software
It's a libarary of sounds/software intruments to help to create that thing in your head you need everyone eles tho hear.
Or....just a damn fun toy!

@brutalandy these are just sound generators. you're going to need a program with a step sequencer, piano roll and all that stuff if you're going to use them to make music. fl studio is a program that will do that.

With all due respect (honestly) I think this is majorly underwhelming. Is this still about Komplete or has this now turned into a ruse to persuade us into getting the "Ultimate Komplete" ? Which btw is shipped with its own external harddrive but not to help you reduce diskspace; only dvd swapping. Small example; why hasn't The Mouth become part of Komplete 8 given how The Finger has become a bit dated? Why only 1 Abbey road drumkit ? Quality is good; but now a little more quantity please!
