I have no clue wtf this video says, why there is gay music playing or wtf is going on.

But all i can say is after using ESXi in a production environment for about 6 months.... stay away!!! Don't waste your time with ESXi, its slow as balls.

You probably don't have hardware that supports VT. A properly implemented ESX[i] installation is about 90% as fast as a bare metal install. This is coming from someone with hundreds of VMs installed backed by multiple fiber channel SANs.
