  • I agree. i have never seen this technique, nor would i even try. foils first, colour inbetween after. This is wrong diddly wrong wrong

  • shes just put bleach! over fresh hair colour on the roots omg! these need removing by expert village shes bad and i mean bad!

  • it what cosmo Book did she learn from Because the one I have says the oposite . what she is doing is double prossesing :)\

  • i am not a hairdresser but omg! that is hurrendous if she ever done that to my hair i would tear her hair out strand by strand! you do not have to hit foils that hard they just need a gentle bit of persuasion if not anything and plus her foil is far too wide! it woulf of looked soo mmuch better just weaving some thin highlights throug all of it insteead of FRAMING HER FACE!

  • Hi Im Phoebe And Im Here On Behalf Of Expert Village And In My Opinion This Video Is So Bad,, It Should Be Removed =]

  • What a MESSY foil. It is being slopped on . Too bad

  • this technique is called tone on tone.. and can be done..

    remember bleach will lift anything..

  • @davidpinela true, but still don't want hair to fall out, lol! I always do my foils first, & then color in bwt. That way the hair doesn't break off.

  • bleaching over tint??? bad bad idea, her hair looked fragile hope she had some left!!

  • I just burst out laughing in the first 10 seconds and gasped like 49873498734 times.. oh my god this is awful..

  • what a mess love, and whats all these taps on the clients head..... not nice. hop she is your friend..

  • the client looks as happy as can be!

  • You can put bleach on top of color. Putting foils on first and getting in between foils causes bleeding and spots!

  • @gal808 Very True !!!!!!!

  • hi guys if you would like to see another way of foiling take a look at my video on my channel IGGY AHAIR.

  • DO NOT put on a color retouch BEFORE foils

you should always do all your foiling first and then color in between--by mixing both color and bleach together your hair will fall out

  • NEVER mix bleach and color... She was just taking the easy way out and her results will look that way

  • this is not true if done properly you can create hilights after you have applied color.

  • @GlassTearsx This is Very true, I did it in Cosmo School and My Instructor 'who is a Colorist' Intsructed me to do so.

  • @ymoesha I agree! I own my Salon & woud go the hell off on this lady if I saw this at my Salon.

  • not very tide job

  • @09anutka hash bash if u ask me ,looks as if she cant be bothered, glad shes not my hairstylist lol

  • finally! something that ain't so complicated! you make it look so easy......thank you very much.

  • I don't mean to be rude but am I missing something? I don't know if she's speaking to explain what she's doing but I have no audio (and this si the only vid so far that's like that) there's no written instructions, and she doesn't even say what you need or how close to the scalp to go or anything. It's essentially useless, sorry :(

  • she seems kind of messy on applying color

  • I have to admit you started off strong on your introduction I really like how professional you looked but it left me wanting more but good job.

  • Be careful applying bleach right at the hairline. When the client pulls hair back for a ponytail this is a terrible grow out. Use cation and apply the bleach 1/4 inch back from hairline, this way the hair that was not colored camouflages a harsh line of demarcation.

  • this is better than the guy doin it!

  • Thank you! This is so helpful. It is my first time coloring my hair personally, and I learned so much from watching your video. I am going to try it right now!~MrsJackieBrown
