Even growing your own food isn't 100 % organic. The rain water is polluted from chemicals in the sky and the soil has absorbed all this crap. At least the fruit and veg grown by ourselves is better than the supermarket stuff.

For years I suffered with a stomach complaint that was due to eating corrupted foods. Now it has gone thanks to going back to eating directly from the earth and trees.

All I know is I feel really good when I eat raw vegan foods. That immediately omits a lot of their chemicals. Lately I've been looking into what are called superfoods. Aloe, cacao, maca, goji berries. I just listened to a talk about drinking spring water. These are things that help and you can grow your own aloe plant, goji tree, and even a cacao Tree (chocolate) if you live in the tropics. The cool thng about these foods is they help the brain function better. We need more people eating them )

This is such great information and explains so much. After getting sick in a moldy home I was able to see the leading doctors that are fighting to get sickbuildings recognized.
