i have these speakers but the wiring in the instruction manual is not that clear. which are the positive and negative input wires to the crossover? there is a solid and a striped one, but i don't know which is +/-. also the same for the tweeters? or does it not matter?
all i know is the +/- are set for the woofer, but not the input or tweeters.
Despite all the hype about the 165v30, these have a better performance at a lower price tag. They are quite similar in the highs and low, but the VB midwoofer excels the v30 in the midrange.m
@Janeshcw Personally I found this set really appealing sound quality wise , the highs are quite smooth compared to my old set of Kickers , the mids do a good job as well, the only thing I'd wish it was better, it's the crossover, as it's just a little box with cables sticking out.
If you had to choose between these the 165 A1 and these, these set does a great job, but if I was you, I'd choose the 165 a3 as it features a midrange, and it's about the same price.

Yo guy, nice video, how did you find the speakers? I am deciding weather to get these or the cheaper access 165 A1's - what do your think??
