Ghost Riders 'catch the devil's herd', but I think this actually means they're real employer is God, and the Devil just likes to pretend that since they work in his office, they're his too. They're the 'Angels of Hell'. The Devil is so lame he can't even keep the inmates inside, and God has to send the Ghost Riders.
