@Shadowhawk28 it was a joke about the movie The 400 Blows. However to also make it funny for kids they were suggesting they'd show him doing the mundane task of blowing on candles 360 times.

The sketch seems to present Grover's birthday because you can hear the monsters singing "Happy Birthday" to Grover. Grover made his wish to do 400 blows, however he got 40/400 and then fainted. I don't think you guys would try to do that many blows, wouldn't you think?

Previous Goof: I don't think I can do 400 blows all at the same time in one attempt, however I could probably do the same by predicting the amount of blows part by part for which user: dorourke105, posted when he predicted they would be seen on Part 2 through 10. I would pretty much take a 5 minute break after each part and then continue on the next and it will be 400. It's much better than doing 400 Blows at the same time in one attempt rather than getting dizzy and fainting.

The show's been trying to be politically correct since the 1970s. They had that animated segment with that Native American boy explaining that "Indians don't talk like that!", but I think they went WAY overboard now
