The accent is a Taiwanese/Mandarin accent, it's how athe older taiwanese people talk.

The loser of the jump rope game is titled "rat sh1t" or rat diarhea.

Funniest part was when leehom failed and they had to show him how to play the game with those large fan papers hahahahahaha!!! favorited this, gonna watch it all the time haha
