God damn it! Look at that at 0:47! Those were great days! When the stage was centimeters away from the audience! That was direct contact with the audience. A big plus in the whole experience. Not like now that it's 10 meters away and even when you are in front you need binoculars to see the artist playing! Where did the magic go?

Angus took influences from Chuck Berry mainly, I think AC/DC started around the same time as Rory[probably wrong] but if you look this was 5 years after AC/DC released their first album

Saw this done live in 1970 at the Kelvin Hall in Glasgow. Tremendous base solo by Gerry NcAvoy. A pal of mine tried to storm the stage single handed and was kicked in the teeth by a bouncer. Also my brother was dancing about with hsi eyes shut and punched a lassie in the mouth by accident. Her boyfriend was not amused.

kakeup.... theres a rory tribute festival in ballyshannon in Donegal every year around June/July and it is the next best thing. Bands from all over europe play and there are some really mint covers... I HIGHLY recommend it ! :)
