  • Alright I've been watching these for a while now but I have a question I need to ask. Say I have multiple books that I want published. Would it be better to write them all and then try for approval one by one within a set date between each other or write them separately and publish them as I finish? If anyone can help me it would be very helpful.

  • In college, I wrote an essay that my professor said that someone attending Oxford would write, my class appluaded my piece and I won a $500 scholarship.

Week later, I wrote a piece which brought up a lot of personal struggles and my professor luaghed at it and one of the students said I was being stupid. Also, I write with a graphic-novel vivid style, which my professors dislike.

Out of college, I'm planning to write agian. And as a person, I am learning to lead myself, not be a follower.

  • When I heard about the 10,000 hour rule, it caused severe writer's block!

  • Your smart and pretty. Thanks.

  • So...have many novels have you published, Justine?

  • These are great tips. I've had trouble writing for a little while, but I have sense then been writing blog post and poetry. The feedback I'm getting on my post and poetry is just phenomenal. I believe that that feedback is what's changing my mindset. I have a novel I need to get written. people are counting on me to write it.

  • Thank you for this video. I didn't know you yet. I however subscribed. Check out my video feedback of a fragment I recently uploaded; perhaps it is of any use to you.

  • How much fun is this making video's .. When you have time come visit my channel!

  • You can get drawer's block too. Very similar. Doodling helps. perhaps you should doodle words! :) they don't even have to make sense. no expectations very fulfilling. you could always read a book! :)

  • @mandowarrior123 I love that suggestion, mandowarrior123. I suspect that doodling words will segue into sentences, but that's the idea, right?

  • That made a lot of sense thank you.

  • i like that you express yourself very well using language. i understand you because you do not cut corners and don't use slang. i am using this to write anything because i have not written much in a lot of years. i don't do well with pen and paper so here's a try at getting something down.

  • .....Writers block. teehee

  • thanks... very helpful=)

  • Very helpful.

Very nice viddy. Just to sum it up...Finding and removing the cause of the inability is the ultimate goal. You suggest changing one's writing habits, writing about one's inability and taking the words "writer's block" out of one's vocabulary as three tools to get the flow of writing going. Real soul searching, and/or professional help maybe neccessary, true, but these are very helpful tips. Thank you.

  • nowhere man was about john lennons writters block. Its about the dark side of existentialism. It reminds me of 2001 a space odyssey. First song beatles did that wasn't about love.

  • she's cute

  • Good analysis.

  • It is called Procrastination, not just on writing, but also doing all sorts of things(planing to do) and never achieving it(finalizing it). Especially when you have financial and money problems(administrating estates, IRS, bad investments,etc.). Writing is the last thing on your mind.
