I'm still spending money, But I'm buying things like a woodstove , canning supplies, Building a garden and gardening supplies, things to make myself self sufficient. Because if we get to a point where we dont have any money, I dont want to be one of the "Victims" forced to take refuge at local high school gymnasium along with all the other citizens, who has no way to heat their homes, or feed themselves.

Celente is brilliant but hes convinced a collapse that will be coming "anyday" now. Last fall he was saying chrismas sales would do it. Then in Feb he said it would happen by the spring. Now its fall and its christmas sales that will bring us down. Xmas sales are going to suck and more stores will close but the US is getting trillions in funding from overseas and from the Feds money printing. This downward squeeze can last a few years before the next leg down.

It was a puffball interview - no doubt about it. The two guys agree on a lot. But Celente managed to put a little "pepper" into it with his "white shoe boys club" comment concerning the Jewish Goldman Sacks executive. You had to wonder if he really wanted to say "white Jew-boys club" but held himself back for obvious reasons. After all, Jews like me do notice such things....

I have heard people talk about the criminal Blankfein many times but I have never heard anybody make even the slightest mention that he is Jewish you here. Why do Jews have to go around thinking that every time a Jew is criticised it is antisemitism? You act as if somehow just because he is Jewish we cant criticize a criminal who steals $100million a day from the stock market through insider trading and front running. I'm neither sensitive nor daft. Jews are all over Wall Street and were Celente to condemn them openly, half of his sources would be gone. Celente is not a stupid man. But I've met plenty of Italians who do not like Jews. His choice of words here may be elitist - but it sounds like "white Jew-boys club to my ears". His other comments about Israel - that it should not attack Iran, indicate a less than sympathic attitude. So, it always pays for a Jew to be a bit paranoid - even with Celente.
