They didn't use a screen capture device, since the bottom of the screen curves away from the bottom of the video viewer, yet the light from the "mega charge shot" lights up the part that the TV screen dosen't cover and to me it just looks like a blue light effect from an editing program.

But ImNotShookImCold I did not think the cheers were pathetic. Kid's cheers always sound like that.
