I got the Romero in single player it's easy, right after the mission Undertaker you will see it driving away from the graveyard and then you just shot at the driver's head.

If you want the demo in tha sky you need a trainer go to gta gaming but just grab a bunch of friends to do this in Meadows Park

me and my friends used to play demo derby all the time in this arena on the xbox. when we played,cutting out ,getting your car flipped upside down and catching fire meant you were out. i think it made it seem more realistic than just catching fire :)
