I have this wonderful disease, also. Not much fun. I am sorry Mara or anyone has it. They say it is not heredity, but it seems there are several families that have it. I worry for my children. Best of luck in your fight.
My mother has this disease as well. My two uncles have a form of it and so does my second cousin. I think this disease is hereditary and doctors who can't seem to grasp that are not looking at the whole picture. I am 29 if I get this the only thing I have going for me is the fact my mom has it and I know what to look for. Peace and take care--Jammie
OMG this is wierd. I just thought to look for this condition on Youtube. My mother has it. My cousin has it and two of my uncles have this condition. It is rare and spontaneous. I am relatively poor but my thoughts and prayers go out to your Ballerina. It is a hard disease to figure out and I hope one day we can.
