I thought this film was OK and found that after this it went down hill. You may think this is abysmal but you HAVE to see the producer's cut of this movie, they REALLY fucked it up with that.

What I would like to see is Michale get back to killing his bloodline, he finally offs Laurie and leaves but there is John Tate and the Jamie Lloyd's baby to finish yet.

I think this is where the sries started to drop a bit. Imean this was still enjoyable, but I think 6-8 just lacked the sort of mood the other Halloweens had. 1 and 2 were fantastic. 4 and 5 were good too and I think the general mood was great too. Just going over 10 years after 1978 and trying to catch up and getting a great star like Danielle Harris. But this treated her like Bambi's mom. It was still okay, but I think the original 4 Myers movies and even Halloween 3 had more of the feel.
