@asstylezzz090909 WTF? Majority of chinese japanese don't eat dogs and cats. But I just wonder if eating dogs and cats would make the illiterate dummy smarter.
I LOVE this...saw it on yahoo..now this is the kind of video that SHOULD go viral...how sweet is that cat!!!...it knew that baby was little and didn't want to hurt him. Someone else posted it with a vulgar headline...so stupid..THANKS for posting it as it should be.
then the cat stares at the baby and the baby's looks at them and stops for a moment but then takes it back and is all "but it's so nummy! hereee have a bitteee"
i'd probably take my baby away as soon as it gave the first bite, seeing that the cat could get very angry and scratch! but the cat was so nice....when it saw it was the baby, it just moved its tail away. how cute! <3
@Happybabee42 Its important for the baby to find out on its own accord that its not something edible. At this age they tend to explore the world with their mouth :)
@pcb222 Your teaching your Grandmother to suck eggs hun I have four children of my own but I wouldn,t allow them to eat a cats tail, not really healthy for the baby and the cat is clearly annoyed by its reaction in the video. Just glad the kitty didn't harm the little brat or it would probably have landed up on a dinner plate or been put down for harming the kid. Its animal cruelty.
@Happybabee42 That seems a bit hysterical to be honest. The child learned his lesson, without his/her learning experience being interfered with. The child doesnt even appear to have teeth or to clamp down hard on the tail. Yes the cat was annoyed by it but still was patient enough to wait it through. I dont understand why you cant respect the subjective learning experience of a child. It would be a different case if the child for example saw a dogpoo on the ground and felt like having a nibble.
@GodOnStrike Cute that's even more pathetic then the idiots allowing the child to bite a cats tail. The cat could have responded with a bite or scratch to the child's face or worse the eyes. Watch the video again the cat isn't relaxed it turns and hisses at the baby. Never mind its cute. Weirdos
@Happybabee42 If that was a true warning then the cat WOULD have done something.
Look at 0:45, a cat if "threatened" wouldn't just allow you to touch it's face.
The baby isn't harming the cat, however incase of the child developing those habits is dangerous because one day it could hurt the cat and the cat would react badly, under those grounds fair enough, or germs.
But if this is animal-rights orientated then I'm gonna stop this discussion ere, because I know where it's leading.
@Happybabee42 Oh, and note eye-contact from the cat isn't constantly on the baby, eye-contact is one of the first things you look at if an animal feels pressured.
Look at cat fights, they're not genuinally fights, but play fights, even then they look at least twice more serious & alert than this cat is, in no way is he/she threatened, ANNOYED and irritated at first maybe, but it's cool afterwards.
@Smillez06 I noticed my cat would never go for my face. If I played with it with my hand it would bite my hand (in play form) but if I did the same thing with my face, it never bit or scratched it, which I find amazing mainly because the cat must understand a bit of human physiology to do that.
Disgusting....

Could the fact that it looks like a Chinese baby... just "possibly" have anything to do with it trying to eat a cat? :O
Just wondering... no basis... none at all... no prejudice either, of course.
