I'm a United fan but I appreciate not just what Arsene has done for Arsenal but also for the world of football, his managerial tactics are some of the best there are and many manages nowadays have learned from him. Along with Alex Ferguson i believe that they are the two best managers at finding players at a young age and making them into superstars. I believe as sad as it is to say that AW has had his time, hes become arrogant and narrow minded that his youth scheme will work when it clearly wont. I'm a United fan but I appreciate not just what Arsene has done for Arsenal but also for the world of football, his managerial tactics are some of the best there are and many manages nowadays have learned from him. Along with Alex Ferguson i believe that they are the two best managers at finding players at a young age and making them into superstars. Just because he hasn't won much recently doesn't make him a bad manager, Arsenal just don't have the cash to compete with City,Madrid,Chelsea etc.
