Hehe. Why would I fake the weights? And why would I not fake even more if that was the case? As for my size I was about 125-130 kgs (275-286 lbs) when the lifts was taped. How big do you have to be to lift those weights which in reality not are that heavy. If I did the same with 100 kgs more on the barbell maybe someone would know my name, but mediocre results won't have your name in the hall of fame.

You say he does a good morning and a squat, why is that backwrecking? To do two exercises that dont' harm your back, doesn't make them dangerous combined.
You say one ideally want minimal bend in the back.. if you do't want to lift heavy, yes. This guy is a powerlifter, and he wants to lift as heavy as it getts.
the two exercises combined wrecks your back because when you load on 315 lbs, you do that for a squat. if you did that for a gm you would be unable to do the lift. therefore, when you try gm'ing 315, then you're fucking your back.
and a good powerlifter will never increase weight if it compromises form. you can lift heavy without lifting shitty.

your back is wayy to far bent over in your squats, and you straighten it up too far towards the top of your squat. ideally, you want minimal bend in the back, and also try to straighten it at the bottom of the squat.
i did this morning weiner bag. and i also did good mornings as a seperate lift, unlike this guy. he's doing a squat and a good morning. hes absolutely wrecking his back
