  • I graduated in 78 and dont remember this song until 79 but I was drinking allot so I could be wrong. It takes me back whenever I hear it. Fucking disco was big then.

  • released in 78, but sounds as fresh as today.

  • the guy filming/editing this vid is most likely a serial killer.

  • people dressed in plastic bags directing traffic i crack up everytime i hear taht

  • I guess a few people have missed the point of this song. It's about how the decadent life styles in New York are killing the people there from the Inside out...

  • @archmnementh YEAH someone who sees the meaning in things! RIGHT ON! Yes, the shallowness of people makes for a worthless existence=shattered! That kind of has become the whole country...... IF we don't find meaning in why we behave the way we do, and why we value what we do- well, we are in deep shit. Question your reality! What do you value and why?

  • @HeidiIvy People value different things. There is and never should be a national identity. We were a nation of individuals.....as it should be.

  • @laos240 only saying, culturally, things have declined very quickly, the quality of things is not there- the concern is lacking etc... that's all... it's heavy to watch for me but I am seeing the purposefulness of it all for everyone, sorry if you don't understand me. I can get heavy. Just doing my YouTube ranting. adios.

  • AWESOME SONG LIKE IF U AGREE

  • @joshfc07 if people like the song they would like the video not some faggoty kids comment like you....i dont see why people evn ask for thumbs up, whats the reward?

  • when was this

  • @MrJay217 from some girls 1978.

  • greatest punk band ever

  • This towns full of money grabbers!

  • AWESOME

  • Nice illustrations of a great classic Stones. I consider "Some girls", "Emotional rescue" and "Tattoo you" as a kind of a trilogy. These were the days when the Stones became more decadent and ironic, but at the same time went back to basic. I'm in shatter what does it matter...

  • Nice observation...those albums sound interchangeable at times...Some Girls might their best effort ever, along with Sticky Fingers.
