Had a cat that was half turkish van ( look just like this little guy). He loved the water but he couldn't swim very well, I dunno if it was because he was only half or what. We had to watch him when he'd get in the bathtub cause the goofy bastard would try to hop in the water no matter how deep it was. I miss him, he died on Christmas 2006 ( thanks Santa, you fat bastard).

You are, however, right about Romaji not being used in Japan...I have been living here three months and there is very little Romaji. Foreigners should learn katakana and hiragana first, then kanji. The fact that Japan is popular has nothing to do with my desire to go there. I like traveling, always have and Japan has been one of my "must go to" destinations for 10+ years now. Don't pretend you know everything and everyone.
