No my friend. It is you that has NO GRASP of American Economics ( although I don't expect you to simply because you aren't from here, so it's understandable that you don't understand the Will of the people). The government put pressure on the Banks to lend out money that any rational Capitalist would never do in his right mind. When the banks made loans they KNEW could not be paid back, it lead to problems with the housing market. The governement cant manage itself well, much less its people.
