Until they are in submission, they will never know peace. They defeat their enemies only to see them rise again. Their situation is hopeless. They cannot win. Only God can save them. Their religion (and are not all religious in the same degree) teaches love: "Love your neighbor":) The non religious keep the general values and traditions, without defining themselves like religious.

The scripture does not say "and to 'seeds" (i.e. in the plural) meaning many people, but "and to your seed," meaning one person, who is Christ. v.29 - If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. The muslim/arab hatred goes waaay back to ancient times. And, there is so much jew hate in Europe, and I want to know where it comes from. It existed in Hitlers day...and before that.. and it still exists today, even with all the jews have been through. And so far no one has given me one reason for this hatred.

I used to be one of those Israel lovers because of my religious affiliations, then I saw and read about the other side of the conflict and realized I was wrong; Palestinians have legitimate grievances against Israel polity towards them. That Israel coming to be a country may be a remarkable thing, but prophetically is insignificant.
