Unfortunately, its cost-prohibitive for all but the wealthy. I suppose that a working or middle class individual, especially with children, could cut back on groceries, fuel, heat, etc. for a few months, and take the family to Evergreen Water Park. But that's unlikely. Evergreen has enough money, I'd imagine, to keep this park open even if no one shows up. Barring that, for all I know, there are enough rich people, with privileged children, in Oregon who can afford to enjoy it.
