btw, in Estonian "kaka" means poo as well. It‘s pronounced similarly to „caga“ in Catalan. I’m Estonian and it's always kinda funny to listen to the commentary when the Brazilian football team is playing. Kaká strikes, Kaká is charging, bend it like Kaká etc. Kaká this and Kaká that XD
I should probably be old enough to know better though... I think the age limit for jokes about poo is 4. Or 3.
@marjumeschin it means poo in almost every european language. even in portuguese, so i'm sure brazilians laugh as well. english has cack, and then most others it's just caca. but for some reason, an estonian friend of mine also thinks it's only funny to estonians.
Thank you very much Mr Fry to talk about our funniest christmas tradition. This tardition consist in to put the "caganer" as hide as possible in Cristmas Crib. When the children visits th family houses they play to find where is the "caganer" and who is the caganer. Every year we put the face of celebrities in chrsitmas time. If i find one "caganer" with your face i will send you. me and my country will be proud if you will accept.
Don't you say "take the piss out of somebody"? Pretty strange to me, too. By the way, the "pets de monja" are delicious, don't hesitate and try them!
The frase" Menja bé caga fort" is not used very much, I´m Catalonia and I´ve never heard it saying before a meal. But maybe some people say it, but not me or my family!
I am Irish living in Catalonia and I noticed the biscuits called "pets de monja" - nun's farts. It kind of puts me off trying them - amb aquest nom no tinc moltes ganes de probar-les!! And also there is a group called "els pets" - The Farts.
It's all very strange for us!!
Bon nadal a tothom all over the world....
That's absolutely true... and in my view, it deals with the fact that Catalans can't stand not to make fun with "power". In this case, with something so serious as the catholic rites... we follow the tradition, but never too serously!!.... Yei? Actually, people shit hard everywhere, not only in Catalonia, don't they? Jajaja ....

Yo no voy a imponer nada a nadie...
