When i got to the gym, the kind of attention i get is definitely unwarranted...if a guy spoke to me to go "how did you do that, can you teach me?" that's one thing, but if i guy just kind of smiled and leaned against support beam...than i might personally vomit on him!!! And as for your "I'm a big gay"...guys like you definitely make the alternative more attractive.

I love doing push ups with the stability ball. I am an aerobics instructor and I always enjoy doing step aerobics and then taking a break form the step and doing the push ups. I go back and forth. For all of you other instructors try it and your students will love it!
@vanitalboyd I've joined my local gym for a few months and I have tried a taster session with a personal trainer, I am about to start a program with him. I've had 4 dislocations in my left knee so understandably my legs are weak but I was so suprised to find I couldn't do a single push up properly... I've got a lot of work to do!
So I hope this helps me.
Would step aerobics need good leg strength or would it be ok having just finished physio?
