@DarthRevak Yes they are. If your referring to their similarities to the new 'Transformers Animated' series, it's because the ones in the new series are the G1 versions, just stylized.

@Straphis2001 the ankylosaurus/the one who transforms with sludge=slapper, the velociraptor/transforms on his own is dinobot. Dinobot is also a character in beast wars taking on an organic form. I don`t know why they weren't on television.

@Progfan1978 There's five total: Grimlock (leader, T-Rex), Swoop (Pterodactyl), Snarl (Stegosaurus), Slag (Triceratops), and Sludge (Brontosaurus).

or at least one that uses the source material, bay's movie can be anything Power rangers, bionacle, gobots, even giant Terminators, but everything that made the tf original and unique from those other shows/movies was not used in this movie, not only that its a poor made movie as well
