YIpes I have no idea how I ended up not subscribed- suddenly I noticed your name missing and realized it had happened- of all travesties when you are my mentor, my idol. my first!! So I missed this. I will be avidly watching this phase of your journey as it scares the heck out of me too.(not that I am there yet- but I believe it actually will happen) I will dedicate my Onederland dance to you dear Julie! (Unlike you that comes before the 100 pounds for me-hoping thi week or next week!) xoxoxo
Julia, you look so great. You've been through a lot this past year. I think it's good to just enjoy your beautiful body. You can always have more surgery later - I just heard of a lady that had breast implants at 82 and I say good for her!! But I understand the planning and sort of obsessing about what you eat because I do the same thing and I'm terrified of being fat again too. Keep up the great work. I agree about Reinventing Ed.
Wow Julie I just love you and your such an inspiration my friend !! keep keeping on your living and enjoying life and that is what it's all about ..walking is a great exercise girly!! take us on a walk missy!!...LOL oh yeah golf is walking duh..big smiles...love ya...love rosemary
Julia, thank you for always sharing your honesty with us here in the WL community. Your journey has been phenomenal!!!! Here's to your "Maintenance Journey" (standing up and giving your a round of applause! Because kiddo you deserve it!)
Thank you Julie for such nice compliments! I guess I do look like a "normal" guy. There is some body dysmorphia we all have to deal with after such a great loss so quickly. If you can put together some video from when you started and what you look like it would be great!. BTW my hike video from a year ago was 3 weeks pre op. The contrast from then to now is a trip. I feel like a new person or at least 15 years younger. You have done so well glad to hear you can golf again. Thanks again.
You look SO BEAUTIFUL! I hope you realise that. You look just amazing, and at LEAST 10 years younger than your actual age. I love watching your videos, you have a glow and a great smile and lovely blue eyes. You have just transformed and it's awesome. :-) Go you!
Wow..your hair is so long! One year goes by fast doesn't it. So jealous of you getting to goal so quickly. But I'll eventually get there...one can only hope. :) Honestly...I've been so behind that I wasn't even aware that you had plastics. Wow. Gosh work and summer is so busy that it keeps me from all this. That's interesting what you say about golf because I've always thought of it is extra boring. I just couldn't get into it. :) Gosh wow...plastics before a year post op! Nice!
oh and Julie dear you look like a beautiful slender woman.....
