My friend has this phone and it's frickin' UGLYYY! The touchscreen is horrible because I put it in my lap and it called his sister while she was at highschool xD But seriously, DO NOT get it ..

NEVER GET THIS PHONE. IT'S SO BAD.

It resets back to default if you lock it before shutting it, so you have to redo your wall paper, save settings, and ringtones.

It freezes.

It randomly restarts.

I have gone through 5 of these phones.

The battery life is okay. It randomly takes pictures in my pocket.

Sometimes it vibrates for no reason, and then sometime the vibrating stops all together.

WORST PHONE EVER. DO NOT BUY!

this phone has several problems:

1. when it's on silent it still makes a noise to say when it's dying

2. battery power sucks

3. it turns itself on in your pocket, unlocks itself, and call people

4. it freezes, a lot

5. it randomly restarts

6. sometimes it won't receive texts until several days after they were sent

7. you have exit the cam and go to media to see pics

8. anything will unlock the screen

9. if you have a conversation open it won't tell you when you get a text from that person

@mystifyerlacey I have a lot of the same problems too, it kinda sucks. although one thing is wrong, your phone will only not give the texts at the right time if it is turned off.

The phone is/was okay. I have an HTC Incredible now, but I had this phone before it. The screen scratched VERY easily, turned off a lot, deleted stuff off the homescreen, overheated, and the slidet felt like the top screen was about to fall off! But it was good for a while.

@Costanza47soccer I just got this phone about a week ago, and it's not too hard. :) I had the Alias 2, which was a completely different layout, and texting on this one did take a little bit of getting used to, but I can text just fine on it now. :) Hope that helps.

@OrlandoLikeMe ur thinking off a different cursor i think hes talking about like if you were typing a message and made a mistake didnt relize it and typed for a little bit and then noticed....then you use the arrows to control that cursor to go to that letter delete it and put the right letter in. I also have this phone.

This is the worst phone ever. Most of the time you have to press or tap 5 to 10 times for the dialer button to work. It likes to turn off by itself or when you press the delete messages button. The widget bar is a pain in the ass and gets in the way when you dont want to use it. The touch screen for texting sucks, if your finger is off just a little all the wrong letters come up making you backspace a zillion times. This phone will be going out my 18 wheeler window very soon. It's JUNK.

This phone is a joke. The apps (Facebook, Myspace, etc.) are all watered down versions of their big brothers and the web browser is laughable. Wallpapers revert to defaults without warning and icons disappear at will.

Phone freezes after navigating away from menus. Data plan is too small and keyboard is way too small.

TouchWiz is dumb and the widgets are useless because you are handcuffed because you can't get any more than the crappy ones they give you. Worst phone I've ever had.

1. You can install more apps, but its nothing like apps you would find on an android smartphone, Apps they have are like verizon type apps, vzw email...etc...etc.

Games are easy to download I just dont choose to pay $6.99 or more to play it every month.

2. The music part is good, you can change the different versions,, like acoustic,live,concert,bass and normal...etc.etc...

3. Yes it can connect to social networking, BUT unless you get the 29.99 data plan instead of the 9.99 data plan you will be pissed come bill time. The 9.99 data plan only gives you 25MB..

I alone didnt get on facebook or twitter often but when I did, I found out that being on there more than 5mins I had used 10MB. So you can only imagine how much Verizon charges if you go over 25MB...its ridiculous ,DONT GET THIS PHONE...get the LG ALLY...its a better phone
