I don't know the cops side, but it seems like the person was deliberately humiliated and excessive force was applied. These Pigs need to be sent to the slammer. I had similar experience in 1997, In Eugene, Oregon. Two male officers of the EPD searched, and touched me in my private parts. I was taken to jail with my nightgown! After being kicked, and bruised in my side. They searched my purse. Repeatedly kept asking me if I was on drug or drunk.

Then, the Lane county Sheriff deputy strip-searched me. And when I was changing my nightgown to the jail cloths. A male deputy was watching me, while I was changing from a window! It was hatecrime
