It's official, with the exceprion of Neil Peart, most drummers who are expressive in their songwriting usually are not as good at soloing. This is from personal observation so have mercy on me. I think this solo isn't as good as one would expect after watch his other videos of him playing his songs

First off this is drum solo, so it shows off more that jarzombek's video and second, it's still not as good. This guy is amazing, don't take it offensively, but bobby is better

QUESTION~! Metallica's "Frantic" begins with the same drum lick. Which came first???? This song or "Frantic"?????
Curious because Lars made such a fuss about Napster (rightfully so), but it would be funny if he lifted the opening lick to Frantic from this solo.
By the way, this kit is dialed-in and his playing is tight.
