Bizarre! - Someone above said "Thievery Corporation makes great studio albums, but when it comes to Live Performances, the suck!" - I would beg to differ. I just saw them last night at a New Years Eve performance in San Francisco, at "The Sea of Dreams" party, and THEY ROCKED!!! _ Keep in mind this was my first time hearing them...every aspect of their performance was spot on, the musicians were very "into" it and the vibe was had by all! - Long Live TC!

when/where did you see them live? I've been to their show in Melkweg, Amsterdam. They played for almost 2h30mins. (not including support), they invited people on the stage. They had a good vibe with the crowd. Played some old and new stuff. What more can you ask for? did you see them at a big show?

i love them!, i feel very happy with this album. its an interesting project, and very abroad (as they said)... i like the contribution of Femi Kuti and Seu Jorge (Seu was interesting to see in another video live because it was hard for me to imagine him out of the Life aquatic's Belafonte) and the protest they made its done with a lot of beauty, i enjoy their music... they truly transport you, thanks for the post mister KM2909!

in my opinion, ''Radio Retaliation'' is a really beautiful album. I don't know if it's the best of Thievery and sincerely I don't care. Personally, I just enjoy myself when I am listening to it without getting into the process of comparing it with other albums... Referring to their live performance, I will be able to answer to you when i see them live in 10 October in Thessaloniki, Greece...
