Nope, if you get regular flying and cold weather flying, this mount is 60% speed, if you buy epic flying, then the mount will scale to 280%, just like the Headless Horseman's Reins mount, scales with whatever training you have.

wait I'm confused. The one we can buy at ebon hold needs riding 225, which is the beginner flying skill by 60% speed increase (shit speed) and that's the only one I see. But this one looks AWESOME and is completely different where can I get this--same merchant at artisan flier?

um. maybe read? it says "adjusts to flying skill." so basically, if u got the 800g flying skill, it goes 60%, if u got the 5000g flying skill, it goes 280%

personally, i think this mount is perfect for a DK, if you give us frostwyrms, it kinda ruins the lore in warcraft 3...considering we probably wouldnt be able to use its frost breath...also, its an undead griffon fits it perfectly

i noticed with the skeletal dragons you get to fly on during a DK starter quest that they have blue membranes inbetween the wings, but this one has nothing...
