This has just happened to me, my three kids have gone to their father. I am apparently delusional?

I can only see them twice per week for two hours supervised.

I would like to start a petition to Julia Gillard. My family are in the UK I am considering going to the papers there?

I would appreciate any contacts to get this exposed.

I see. Now where taking the word of one women and not listening to what the other side has to say? Proof of any of these allegations? Her claims would require investigations by the police and children's aid. Let me guess they found them to be uncorroborated? Perhaps there's more then meets the eye eh? Don't be so ridiculously redneck. Child abusers were themselves abused as children and are damaged people who need therapy.

It sounds like you too need some therapy too for your own childhood issues. Nobody hates like that without having experienced hatred.

I didn't make these videos to incite vigilantism and fuel monstering of offenders. I made them to show what's going on in the Family Court in Australia.

I had a good childhood. I was not abused. Yes, the Family Court needs more exposure. The public should not be so apathetic and start asking questions. Yes, we may need to break the circle of violence thru the legal system but the legal system does not work, even if it did, it is much too slow. Our legal system seems to be above everything. Since this is not a "nice" topic, it is pushed under the carpet and everyone is apathetic.

why dont you interview the 'offender' or should I say 'abuser' then? why is it one side of the story? and what makes you believe this side of the story to be true? I think its biased. You are basing these videos on allegations made by one side. Have you investigated them thoroughly yourself? have you done the man hours involved it takes to come to the conclusion that the court system has failed this child and also do you have evidence to back up that this has happened?.

children being abused shouldnt be placed with the abuser at all - never. I sincerly doubt it happens all the time through the courts all the time but I do think there is a chance of children slipping through the net, But not intentionally being placed with someone who a risk to the child. Claims of abuse are taken seriously and measures are made for that in the process. My partner has been accused of this ( and he did nothing wrong) and believe me its hard enough to him to get some visitation.

This mother is not the least bit convincing.

I don't believe the mother was told a competent medial person, police and child protection authorities were "under qualified" to give evidence.

There is no way FC court would give full custody to a father in these circumstances. The mother is not telling us the full story with respect to her own parenting abilities.

The real problem is that there are too many women sympathisers who don't look for the falsehoods in these ancedotes.

The current Family Law Court System we have in Australia is a massive shame on our nation.

It is abusive, contradictory, and disgraceful.

No mother-child relationship should be forcibly separated against their will. It is unjust to do so, and extremely emotionally and psychollogically damaging to both the mother and the child.

Yet this is what our system calls 'in the child's best interests'.

What right does a 'stranger' have to determine what is 'best' for a child they don't even know?

Do you know how much I hate and have an extreme disrespect for our legal system? Do you know how I hate how they protect child abusers and destroy the mothers and children. Why do we have a group out there hunting these child abuser. Because "it against the law". Yet, abusing children??? that's can't be against the law, the abusers seemed to be protected. We must change the Family Court, We must change the law so that anyone can take action against child abusers.

Women and children are still second class citizens.

The judges are trained to give custody to known abusers.

Abused children become the drug addicts etc of the future, so this is all about the money making machine.

in normal circumstances where a mother is a good loving mum who loves and protects her children, the courts should see that a mother knows what's best for her child. They don't though. Lawyers love family court because one case can be dragged on and on for years. This means money to the liars, I mean lawyers. It's a joke. If a father is abusing his child, the mother should have the right to get that child far away from him.
