  • nice! I just tried these for the first time today and could only do about six.

  • That's insane. I just started doing these before I had ever even considered grip training. Suffice it to say i'm up to six now. Normal pull ups I can manage 15, easy, but this is WAY different, .lol.

    Either would suffice. Just get a nice thick towel

  • hand grips r also good 4 a strong grip

  • the towel pull up will blast your forearms....just started using them and there kicking my ass

  • Try using the hand grippers after ur pull ups workout - it will blast ur forearms - friendly advice :)
